Shipping Policies
Pactos operates differently from other fast fashion brands. Each piece is unique, created with care and attention to detail, using organic materials, dead stock and artisanal techniques. This is why the production process takes a little longer, but it guarantees the quality and exclusivity of each piece.
How to place an order:
Order opening: Orders are open for a limited time, generally until production capacity is reached. Follow our social media (@pactosofficial) and stay up to date with the opening dates.
Handcrafted production: After your order, I begin production of your unique piece in our atelier in São João da Madeira.
Delivery time: Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, but it generally takes up to 2 weeks for your order to be ready.
Shipping: As soon as your item is ready, the tracking code will be sent to your email address.
In addition to custom-made pieces, we also offer some ready-to-ship pieces in our online store.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Any and all orders for an item that is unavailable or in need of production require a period of approximately 14 days to be developed (+ shipping period).
Return Policies
At Pactos, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receiving the goods (according to portuguese and EU law), as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Simply contact our customer service team to start the return process and we’ll walk you through the easy steps.
For exchanges, we’re happy to help you find the perfect alternative. Whether it’s a different size or a new style, we’re committed to ensuring you find the perfect piece for your wardrobe.
Legal Warranty of 3 Years
In accordance with Portuguese legislation (Decree-Law no. 84/2021), all items sold in this store come with a 3-year warranty, starting from the date the product is delivered.
