2 º Standard Size or Made to Measure?
We offer two options:

Option A: Standard Size
Choose your usual size (XS to XL) using our detailed size chart.
Option B: Made to Your Measurements

The process is intuitive and takes just 5 minutes.
Personalisation is included in the price — no additional cost.
During checkout, simply enter your measurements in the designated field or choose a standard size. The choice is yours.
3 º We Create Your Piece
Once your order is confirmed:

Days 1–2: Preparation
We send an order confirmation with all details. If you wish, we can share photos of the selected fabric before cutting begins.

Days 3–10: Creation
Your piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in our atelier.
We pay attention to every element: invisible seams, precise pleats, perfectly aligned linings, and securely fastened buttons.

Days 11–14: Quality Control
Each piece is meticulously inspected. We check fit, finishes, and ensure it meets our standards of excellence.

Production Time:
Up to 14 business days
(Usually completed in 10–12 days — we allow extra time to guarantee quality.)

Transparency:
We keep you informed by email. You’re always welcome to contact us to follow your order’s progress.

4 º Delivered to Your Door
Tracking included: You’ll receive a tracking code as soon as your piece leaves the atelier.

Conscious packaging: Your garment arrives carefully wrapped using sustainable materials.
Delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch (Mainland Portugal)

What if there’s a production issue?
If we identify any discrepancy on our part, we will adjust or replace the piece at no cost.

14 Days to Decide
You have 14 days to return a standard-size piece if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Conditions:

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I ensure my measurements are correct?
We send a detailed guide with technical illustrations. You’ll only need a measuring tape. If possible, ask someone to help for greater accuracy.
Do you accept design adjustments?
Within reason, yes. Please contact us before ordering. Small changes (length, specific details) are usually possible.
Do you offer other colours?
It depends on fabric availability. Get in touch and we’ll explore the possibilities.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 48 hours of purchase (before cutting begins). After that, as the piece enters dedicated production, cancellation is no longer possible.
Is the production time always 14 days?
Up to 14 business days. Usually 10–12 days, but we keep a safety margin to ensure uncompromised quality.
Are the standard sizes reliable?
We follow Portuguese standard sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size or opting for made-to-measure.
Can I exchange sizes later?
For standard sizes, yes — within 30 days. Please note that a new production period applies (up to 14 business days).
Do you accept special projects?
Yes, for events such as weddings. Please contact us at least 6 weeks in advance.
